Cheerleading

This summer we gave Camdyn the choice of which physical activity she wanted to do this year. I told her she could do dance, gymnastics, soccer, cheerleading, softball, basketball, and the list could go on. She, of course, had to choose to do the one thing I knew nothing about...CHEERLEADING!!! I am going to be no help to her in this endeavor, good thing I have friends that know what they are doing.

Here is Camdyn in her cheer practice uniform. I was nervous she wouldn't wear it b/c she would not even wear a 2 piece bathing suit this summer, but she is okay with it. She has cheer every Tuesday night and she is excited to go the minute she wakes up that morning.

She is already learning how to do a cartwheel and is getting so much better at it after only 4 weeks of practice.

It's amazing how much muscle you can see in her little arms as she is doing this. Crazy! I'm sure you'll see lots of pictures of cheer as she starts competitions at the end of October!

I can't leave you without a few pictures of Silas too...here he is being a typical boy and climbing through the window of the playhouse and not the door!

Finally, a picture of my two sweet kiddos! We went bowling as a family one night last weekend, but all of the other pics are super dark!
